The pictures don't do justice to the actual size of the house it is spacious while remaining very cozy and warm. The location is perfect as it is just off a fantastic market street and is so close to loads of great restaurants and attractions could have easily spent 2 weeks here and still had plenty of choices

The house owner takes care of every need of the users. The mini cleaning after 2 days' stay is most helpful. Despite the cold weather, the whole house was warm and well ventilated. The house is very well decorated, with a very nice garden. Toilets are modern and user-friendly.

Great location to the shopping areas of Kyoto and a lovely townhouse with a great story. Great staff who gave us lovely toffees and tea as well
